Eligibility Criteria

Criteria	Details
Team	The team is technically capable of delivering the project. Teams should not be a part of other ICP hacks simultaneously
ICP Ecosystem	Should be new to the ICP ecosystem or have not built anything in the past on ICP. Also should not have received any grant from DFINITY foundation or any other ecosystem projects/fund.
ICP Development Knowledge	Minimum 1 team member have completed at least one of the ICP certification courses in the past Have built at least one unique smart contract on ICP. Refer this page for existing courses.
ICP Use Case	The idea should be unique to ICP, and nothing like that exists before. Refer this page for existing projects.
SDK Used	Used any of these SDKs: Azle, Motoko, RUST, and nothing else.
Built on ICP	Should be building natively on IC and no other projects or side chains like Bitfinity EVM. Should leverage capabilities of IC. Refer to IC capabilities.
Resident	Should be a resident of India.
Other Ecosystem	Should not have received any grant from any other Layer 1, Layer 2, and Layer zero in the past 6 months. Have not won any hackathon in the past 6 months.
Investment	Should not have received investment from anyone for this project.
